Kenia is a woman who comes from a large family of coffee producers - her mother, father and brother all produce coffee. She grew up on her family farm and spent time tending to the farm and working in the wet mill when she was growing up. She has been producing coffee for 3 years, and carefully processes her coffee at her relative’s wet mills. Good drying is integral in coffee processing, and Kenia dries her coffee in parabolic facility with good airflow. This ensures even and slow drying, ensuring a vibrant and delicious coffee when we receive it in Calgary. We have been working with Kenia for several years now, and we are always impressed with the hard work and commitment to producing amazing coffee.
