This particular lot is made from only dried-on-tree cherries. They call this process of “Cerrado Natural”. Cerrado is referencing the region that it grows, which has dry and stable weather conditions, optimal for drying cherry this way. The cherry is picked and sorted using unique technology that ensures that each cherry is sorted correctly, a technology that took Daterra over 10 years to develop. This coffee is full bodied, structured and very fruity as the result of variety, terroir and careful processing.
