Alberto and Diego bring a new edge to their coffee production. They are propelling towards a new era o coffee in which they have the ability to manipulate the cup flavours down to a variable degree, while maintaining full control in the process. Their evolving tactics, impeccable organization, and dedication to sustainability makes this one of the most anticipated coffee farms in Costa Rica.
This coffee is a transplant variety from Kenya. This makes it an exciting coffee with flavours that you would expect from a Kenyan coffee like citrus and currant, while showcasing some of the classic Costa Rican profile with its dried fruit notes.
