Black Condor
This coffee comes from a collaboration between many producers. This lot is comprised of 64 different producers in the Tolima-Gaitania region, with some farms reaching up to 1900m. the coffee is fermented in cherry before being washed at La Roma farm. The Bayter family then purchases the green and connects it to roasters like us. This kind of collaboration between producers is really exciting as it makes coffee better and more accessible for all.
