The Rodriguez family have been in the specialty coffee industry since 1986. Pioneering the way for many other Bolivian farmers, the Rodriguez's have dedicated their lives to producing the best coffee they can. They are constantly learning and innovating, always looking for new ways to produce a better cup of coffee.
This lot comes from one of the Rodriguez farms called Finca Arcangel, it is one of many farms owned by the family and we are constantly impressed with the level of quality coming from their farms. This particular coffee is a caturra variety that has been washed and anaerobically fermented for 72 hours. This processing method contributes to the clean clean and clear flavour profile while highlighting the natural characteristics of this coffee.
