La Linda farm has ideal conditions for coffee growing - a subtropical climate with rich, fertile soil. Located between two mountains coated in dense forest, it is a peaceful haven which you can relax and listen to the nearby river flowing. On La Linda farm, they have experimented with innovative pruning methods as well as drying techniques in order to create this stunning coffee. The java variety is one of our very favourite coffees that come from the Rodriquez farms, they are always delicious and we feel the same way about this one.
