Jairo Arcila has spent most of his life in coffee, and previously worked for one of Colombia's largest exporters working as their mill manager for over 40 years. In 1987, Jairo purchased his first farm and planted his first Caturra lot. Now, Jairo owns five farms with a focus on specialty coffee. He grows Gesha, Pink Bourbon, Tabi, and Sidra, Castillo and many other varieties.
This lot has been processed in Colombia using the sugar can method, removing the decaf, but leaving behind an amazingly flavourful coffee.
