This Gesha comes from a farm that is focused on improving the quality of life for the producers through improving cultivation practices. After harvest the coffee is placed in cold water for 78 to 120 hours. The coffee is then pulped and placed in fermentation bins for 12 hours. Once pulped the coffee will dry for 18 to 25 days.
