This is a natural, carbonic macerated coffee, carefully fermented and dried in Jamison’s custom-designed drying room. Every step is dialled in to bring out the bold, punchy character of this variety. Expect lush notes of peach and raspberry, rounded out with a bright pop of hibiscus that lingers beautifully in the finish.
