Please read the following notes regarding our Black Friday sales.

Online Sales

1. Black Friday Sales are only available during Nov. 21-Dec. 1, 2025 unless otherwise stated. Retroactive discounts are not available.

2. Black Friday Sales cannot be combined or stacked with any other discounts or offers.

3. Subscriptions sale: 25% off your first 2 orders, when first order is placed between Nov. 11- Dec.1, 2025. No order commitment necessary. Offer is applied automatically at checkout. Offer available online only.

4. Whole bean coffee sale: 15% off all bags of whole bean coffee, including 300g, 2lb, and 5lb bags. Milligrams are included in the sale. Offer is applied automatically at checkout.

5. Fancy Frenzy sale: 25% off all Fancy Rarities boxes of coffee. Offer is applied automatically at checkout.

6. Gift card sale: receive one $20 gift card per $100 gift cards purchased. In cafe only. Gift cards are redeemable in cafe only.

7. Unfortunately, we do no price match our own offers, thank you for understanding.

Recurring Subscriptions Black Friday Terms and Conditions

Current subscribers will receive 25% off of their next 2 subscription orders if it has been scheduled to process between Nov. 21-Dec. 1.
2lb subscriptions and prepaid subscriptions are excluded from this offer for both current and new first-time subscriptions.
We can't transfer subscriber credits - if you cancel your subscription and sign up under a different email, the credits will not transfer to your new account.
The first shipment of any subscription cannot be delayed or changed. Once a new recurring subscription is signed up and purchased, your first shipment is processed and shipped right away. Although the first shipment cannot be paused, all other subscription deliveries can be easily modified.

Cafe-Only Gift Card Sale

Receive one $20 gift card per $100 gift cards purchased. This offer is only available for gift cards that are purchased in cafes. Gift cards can only be redeemed in Monogram cafes.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Please note that due to the heavy volumes during Black Friday, there may be some small changes to order processing for all orders (including local) placed from November 21 - December 1:

Although our team is as prepared as we've ever been, there may be delays in getting your order processed, packed and shipped out the door.
YYC next day delivery will be temporarily paused.

Check your email for updates on your order. We will send out an email when your order has been received, processed and shipped. If you have not received an email at any of these steps, that means that we have not completed that step yet.

Shipping

Our standard shipping rates apply during Black Friday. Although we do our best to get packages out the door as quick as we can, once our shipper or carrier has the package there may be some delays that are out of our control. Note that due to extremely high shipping volumes across all carriers, expect that there may be extended shipping delays.
