Please read the following notes regarding our subscriptions, including the perks and loyalty points. 

1. If you cancel your subscription, all Points (a.k.a Grams) that have been earned to date will be forfeited. 

2. Grams cannot be transferred from one account to another (even between your own accounts).

3. Only one reward can be redeemed in a single transaction. (i.e one pack of filters OR $10 off your order)

4. Rewards are subject to change at our discretion.

5. Grams are only earned on purchases made through the subscription portal and can only be redeemed when you have an active subscription.
