Reaching Extraordinary Heights
For the past eight years, we've proudly partnered with the team at Finca Takesi: the highest coffee farm in the world. As the only Canadian roaster and one of only six roasters worldwide with access to these legendary coffees, we're honoured to share the 2026 Collection: eight extraordinary coffees, led by Takesi's world-famous Gesha.

Known to many as a the highest coffee farm in the world, Finca Takesi has earned a reputation for producing some of the world's most sought-after coffees. Led passionately by Agro Takesi owner Mariana Iturralde, the farm continues to push the boundaries of quality through exceptional care, innovation, and a deep respect for both people and place.
For the past eight years, we’ve been incredibly proud to work closely with Mariana, her family, and the team at Takesi. As the only Canadian roaster and one of only six roasters worldwide with access to these remarkable coffees, we're honoured to share the 2026 Takesi Collection: eight extraordinary coffees, including their world-famous Gesha.
The Takesi Legacy
When the Iturralde family began growing coffee more than two decades ago, they set out to prove that Bolivia could produce some of the world's greatest specialty coffee. Today, that vision has become a reality. High in the Bolivian Andes, Finca Takesi is home to a rare mountain microclimate where rich volcanic soils, cool temperatures, sunshine, and seasonal rainfall create the ideal conditions for exceptional coffee. It's one of the very few places in the world where coffee can thrive at these elevations, producing coffees with remarkable sweetness, clarity, and complexity.
At the heart of that story is Mariana Iturralde. Working alongside her father, Don Carlos Iturralde, Mariana has helped shape Takesi into one of the world's most celebrated coffee producers. Through years of experimenting with new coffee varieties, refining how they're grown in this extraordinary environment, and continually raising the bar for quality, she continues to build on her family's vision while helping define the future of Bolivian specialty coffee.
Our relationship with Takesi began eight years ago, and it's grown into one of the most meaningful partnerships we've built. Ben and the team have spent years visiting the farm, cupping harvests alongside Mariana, and watching the project evolve season after season. That relationship has given us a front-row seat to the care, innovation, and dedication behind every harvest.
Being Takesi's exclusive Canadian roasting partner is something we're incredibly proud of, and this collection is our way of sharing the coffees, the people, and the story that continue to inspire us.
