Refund policy

At Monogram Coffee, we want you to have a wonderful experience. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at orders@monogramcoffee.com.
Coffee & Tea (Perishable Goods)
  • Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee and our "roast-to-order" freshness standards, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any coffee or tea products.
  • Resolution: If we made an error or you have concerns, please email us within 14 days of delivery.
Equipment, Mugs & Apparel
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unopened, and re-sellable condition. (Note: Espresso Machines are excluded from returns).
  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • In-Store Returns: We currently cannot accept returns or exchanges for online orders at our physical cafe locations.
Refund Process
  • Inspection: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and its condition is verified.
  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds typically take 2–3 business days to appear in your account.
