Please read the following notes regarding our Holiday sale:

General

1. The Holiday Bundle Sale: Buy 4 bags on coffee, get the 5th bag free. 5 bags of coffee must be manually added to cart- discount will be applied on the lowest priced bag.

2. Our Giveback coffee (The Gift), The Podium Box, and Milligrams instant coffee are excluded from the Holiday bundle sale.

3. Coffee subscriptions, merchandise and apparel, coffee gear and accessories, gift cards, teas and maccha, classes, and Atlas residency coffees are excluded from the Holiday bundle sale.

4. The Holiday bundle sale runs from Tuesday, December 3rd-Wednesday December 25th, 2024.

5. If you forget to add your 5th bag to cart, you will not receive a free bag. As we cannot process and ship this separately, you forfeit your free bag of coffee. 

6. The Holiday bundle sale cannot be combined with any other offers.

Processing + Shipping

Check your email for updates on your order. We will send out an email when your order has been received, processed and shipped. If you have not received an email at any of these steps, that means that we have not completed that step yet.

Our team is working as hard as we can to ensure that you all get to brew our freshly roasted coffee as quickly as possible! We ask that you please stay patient with us during this busy time. Feel free to reach out on our chat line or email us if you have any questions- we are here to serve you.

Our standard shipping rates apply during December. Although we do our best to get packages out the door as quick as we can, once our shipper or carrier has the package there may be some delays that are out of our control. Due to the current Canada Post strike, we cannot ship orders to PO boxes. Note that due to high shipping volumes across all carriers, expect that there may be extended shipping delays.
