Shipping Update: Moving to FedEx Only
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strikes, we’ve had to make some changes to how we ship Monogram orders. To ensure your coffee still arrives quickly and reliably, we’ve switched to using FedEx exclusively.
This means:

No PO Boxes: FedEx is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address when ordering.

No Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut: Unfortunately, FedEx does not currently offer a viable delivery option to these regions.
We know this isn’t ideal and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. The Canada Post disruptions have created challenges that make it difficult to guarantee timely deliveries, and moving to FedEx is the best way to maintain consistent service for most of our customers.
