At Monogram, we are passionate about exceptional coffee experiences that inspire wonder. Over the years, through our global travels and competitions, we have discovered not only some of the best coffee producers in the world but also some of the best roasters as well. At our Britannia location, we are bringing together our favourite roasters from around the world and their best selections alongside our own Monogram roasts. We are excited for people to discover new roasters, new coffees, and new taste experiences. With this program, we will carefully select global roasters and take an in-house "residency" in Britannia, with us working closely with each roaster to bring the best and most diverse selection of beans. In 2008, former Olympic handball player Saša Šestić started his coffee roastery out of his garage in Canberra, Australia. As one of Australia’s most highly regarded specialty roasters, they have always had one simple goal: creating the best and most sustainable coffee in the world. To help make his dream a reality, Saša worked around the three core values he stood for, innovation, community, and excellence.

Over the years, they have found new ways to share flavour and connect with communities around the world. In close collaboration with their ethical trading company Project Origin, they source the highest quality green beans produced in the most sustainable ways possible. This collaborative work guarantees that they can empower communities and farmers worldwide to feel excited about the work they do.

With five venues across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, and wholesale partners across Australia and worldwide, the ONA Coffee community has continued to spread, maintaining its core values and mission.
