What is a coffee subscription and how does it work?

A coffee subscription delivers freshly roasted coffee to your door on a schedule you choose. With Monogram, you start by picking a Flavour Mood, then decide how much coffee you want and how often you want it delivered. Before each order ships, you can preview what’s coming and make changes anytime.

Can I choose what coffee I receive?

Yes. You always have control over what you receive after the initial order. You can preview your upcoming order in advance, swap out individual coffees, or change your Flavour Mood at any time—so you’re never locked into something you don’t want.

Can I skip or pause my coffee subscription?

Yes. You can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or adjust your schedule at any time. There’s no commitment, and you’re always in control of when your coffee arrives.

What’s the difference between a Flavour Mood and the Monogram Mixtape?

A Flavour Mood keeps you within a specific flavour profile you already enjoy (like chocolatey or fruity), with variety inside that range. The Monogram Mixtape rotates across all flavour moods, giving you more variety while still letting you preview and adjust your coffees before they ship.

How is pricing calculated for Flavour Mood subscriptions?

Subscription pricing is based on the average retail price of the coffees in each Flavour Mood, with your discount applied automatically.

That means you’re always paying a fair, consistent price for the type of coffees you’re receiving—without needing to pick individual bags.

Why does the Monogram Mixtape Subscription have a price range?

The Monogram Mixtape includes different coffees in every delivery, and some coffees cost more than others depending on origin, processing, and rarity.

Because of that, pricing varies slightly based on what’s inside each shipment. But as with all our subscriptions, there are built-in savings that increase with volume.

Typical ranges:

3 bags: $75–85
4 bags: $100–110
5 bags: $130–140

Do I still get a discount with the Mixtape?

Yes. Even though the coffees change each time, your subscription discount is still built into the pricing.

You’re always paying less than the equivalent retail price of the coffees included.

When will I be charged for my coffee subscription?

You’re charged when your order is processed based on your selected delivery schedule. Before that happens, you’ll be able to preview your upcoming order and make any changes, including swapping coffees, adjusting quantity, or skipping the delivery.

Can I change my coffee subscription after signing up?

Yes. You can change your Flavour Mood, adjust how much coffee you receive, update your delivery frequency, or swap individual coffees at any time from your account dashboard.

The most expressive coffees we source—whether they’re naturally funky or experimentally processed—are constantly changing. New lots arrive, profiles evolve, and availability is often limited.

Do I save money with a coffee subscription?

Yes. All Monogram subscriptions include built-in savings that increase with volume.

The more coffee you receive per delivery, the more you save—automatically applied to every order.

When can I make changes to my subscription?

You can update your subscription at any time—including your Flavour Mood, delivery frequency, or quantity.

Your next order is revealed 7 days before it ships. At that point, you’ll be able to preview what’s coming and swap any coffees before your order is finalized.

If something you’ve selected becomes unavailable, we’ll always replace it with a similar coffee.

What is an order streak?

Your order streak is the number of consecutive subscription orders you’ve received. As your streak grows, you unlock increasing rewards like cashback and milestone gifts.

Your streak increases with every subscription delivery and continues as long as you keep at an active subscription.

If you cancel your subscriptions, your streak resets to zero.
