Wholesale Sales + Relationships Specialist
We’re looking a Wholesale Sales and Relationships Specialist to help us grow Monogram’s Wholesale business and take our brand into the next chapter. As Wholesale Sales and Relationships Account Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential wholesale customers, converting them to become customers, and building a long-term relationship with them and taking care of all their needs. You must be knowledgeable and immersed in the specialty coffee industry, excited about the challenges and opportunities with sales, and be passionate about building meaningful relationships with our customers. You will be held accountable with sales goals and metrics. You will also work alongside our whole team and be a part of building towards our overall company goals and vision.

Some of your tasks:
- Identify prospective wholesale customers and design and execute strategies to convert them into customers
- Manage prospective and current customers in addition to sales cycle and order data using CRM tools
- Be excited to cold-call cafes, restaurants and businesses that could be great potential partners.
- Be passionate about sharing about the Monogram brand and our mission and develop materials and better strategies to do that
- Happily help support and solve issues of all levels of urgency for your customers, including shipping issues, coffee knowledge etc.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers that lead to better experiences and more sales
- Communicate with all customers on a frequent basis.
- Be accountable to goals, targets and feedback with weekly and quarterly meetings
- Find creative ways to support and promote the unique businesses and communities of our customers.
- Work alongside our roastery, logistics and marketing teams to find better ways to grow our wholesale business
- Network and make connections at different events across Canada and the world
Requirements
- 2 years in a full-time sales role
- A passion and great understanding of the specialty coffee industry
- a vehicle / willing to travel

Barista
We're looking for someone passionate about serving others, loves coffee and how it can bring people together.
Our purpose is to improve people's lives through coffee. The ideal person will brightly exemplify our 5 core values of Community, Serving Others, Quality, Stewardship and Wonder.
As a barista, you will be responsible for serving our community, taking orders, making espresso and filter based drinks, cleaning and organizing the cafe, and completing other tasks important to the smooth functioning of our cafe. We are looking for people that are passionate about their community, have empathy to the people they interact with, and who love to work within a team.
