Kenia Gomez

Kenia Gomez has been part of our story in Honduras for over seven years, and she’s been making incredible coffee long before that. Raised in a family of producers, Kenia grew up immersed in coffee, learning everything from tending trees to working in the wet mill. Today, she carries that knowledge forward on her own farm, producing coffees that are consistently thoughtful, expressive, and full of care.

She processes her coffee at a wet mill she runs alongside her husband, Nahun Fernandez, where precision and patience shape every lot. Drying plays a huge role in her approach, with coffee carefully laid out in a parabolic drying facility that allows for steady airflow and even, gradual drying. It’s this level of attention that brings clarity and vibrancy to the final cup.

We’ve worked with Kenia since some of our earliest days sourcing in Honduras, and she continues to be one of those producers we’re always excited to share. Her coffees reflect years of dedication, deep-rooted knowledge, and a genuine love for what she does, and they just keep getting better.
