Elida Estate is their crown jewel, nestled high in the mountains of Boquete, where the cool mist, volcanic soils, and lush old-growth forest create the perfect environment for exceptional coffee. This lot comes from Aguacate—one of the highest parts of the farm—where the young Gesha trees are already producing some truly spectacular flavours.

Expect a lively and elegant cup, with bright notes of jasmine, nectarine, and blood orange. The honey process adds a lovely sweetness and texture, letting the natural florals and citrus sparkle.
