At Finca Deborah, Jamison’s precision extends to every detail. The coffee is dried on a custom three-tiered bed system he designed himself: starting high in the heat, then slowly descending to cooler levels for a gentle, even finish. The care and control behind this process bring out a stunning balance of fruit and florals that’s unmistakably Deborah.

Perched at over 1900 metres in Panama’s Chiriquí highlands, Finca Deborah sits on untouched, nutrient-rich soil surrounded by old-growth forest. It’s the result of Jamison’s relentless pursuit of perfection, a place where nature, science, and passion meet to create some of the most celebrated coffees in the world.
