Being a Monogram partner means we help with free training sessions, load you up with our industry leading educational materials and are just a text away when issues arise. With our new Flavour Moods system, we grouped our coffees based on their dominant taste profile, making it easy for your customers to find their favourite coffee. Think of these as a personal guide through our menu, creating an empowering customer experience and driving sales.

Order on Your Schedule

No order cutoff dates means we roast on your schedule. Order before 3pm MST and we’ll roast and ship your order across the world the next day. Running out of coffee and need a quick ship? You’ll have beans in the grinder by tomorrow. Operating a cafe means it’s easy to forget the boring stuff like ordering coffee. We’re here for you.

What’s your minimum order?

Our minimum wholesale order is $250 CAD.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $440 CAD ship free within Canada.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Absolutely. If you’re in Calgary, you can arrange a pickup directly from our roastery.

Do you always have Decaf?

Yes. Our decaf offering changes depending on fresh crop availability, but we always keep at least one option available.

Can I set up multiple users on my account?

Yes. Your team can each have logins so anyone can place an order.

Roasting + Shipping

What days do you roast?

We roast every day, Monday through Friday. You can place your order any day that works for you, but please note that we don’t roast or ship on weekends.

When will my order ship?

If you place your order by 3:00 PM (MT) on a working day, it will be roasted and shipped the very next day.

Can I make special requests for roasting or shipping?

Yes. We can accommodate preferred roast dates, ship dates, and special notes — just let us know when you place your order.
