Meet the Artist: Na'im Moore
Na’im draws inspiration from his upbringing in breathtaking Alaskan villages, and the symbolic art of the Tlingit and Haida people. His work reflects a dialogue between his Persian, Kurdish, and Parsi heritage and a modern artistic interpretation. By returning to ceramics, one of the most ancient and tactile art forms, Na’im creates pieces that are not only practical, but deeply symbolic- representing a shared human history and the enduring beauty of handcrafted objects.
