Grown in the hills just outside La Plata, Huila, this coffee brings together the work of smallholder producers who are part of the OCCICAFE cooperative. Sitting between 1500 and 1950 MASL, these farms benefit from steady conditions that help create coffees with clarity, balance, and that classic Colombian sweetness.

Since 2015, the cooperative has been focused on improving quality across the board. In recent years, they’ve partnered with Cofinet to refine their approach even further, from better picking practices to more consistent processing. It’s a shared effort that shows up in the cup, with each producer contributing to something greater together.

Fully washed and carefully handled from cherry to dry, this coffee lands right where you want it. Smooth, approachable, and easy to come back to, with a nice balance of sweetness and brightness that makes it an everyday favourite.
