Please read the following notes regarding our Black Friday sales.

Online Sales

1. Atlas Residency coffees, Daterra coffees, Exceptional coffees, and Box Sets are not included in the 15% off whole beans.

2. Select Exceptional coffees are up to 30% off. This promotion includes a 15% discount on Finca Takesi Geshas, and 30% off both La Llama and Diamante Gesha. Deborah Afterglow, Deborah Terroir, Deborah Illumination, and El Burro exceptional coffees are excluded from this offer.

3. The $20 gift code that you receive for spending $100 will be sent as a printed card with your order*. This code must be used towards a single purchase, cannot be spread across multiple purchases, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be used towards subscriptions or gift cards and can only be used online on our website www.monogramcoffee.com. Purchases made with gift cards do not qualify. Online code is valid from January 1st - 31st, 2025. 
*Purchases made with gift cards are not eligible for this promotion

4. The Warmth collection is 25% off (instead of 15% off) on Wednesday, November 27th- this includes all coffees in this collection, including Warmth Milligrams singles, and excluding Daterra coffees.

6. Black Friday Sales cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

Recurring Subscriptions Black Friday Terms and Conditions

1. Current subscribers will receive 50% off of their next order if it has been scheduled to process between Nov. 22-Dec. 2. This offer only applies to subscriptions of up to 5 bags.
2. 2lb subscriptions and prepaid subscriptions are excluded from this offer for both current and new first-time subscriptions.
3. The Black Friday promotional discount code (BF2024_SUB) of 50% off your first two recurring orders requires a minimum of 3 recurring orders. This means that you are free to cancel, but only after your third shipment. (Of course we hope you'll stay 😘)
4. The discount code (BF2024_SUB) only applies to new first-time recurring subscriptions of up to 5 bags.
5. We can't transfer points, so if you cancel your subscription and sign up under a different email, the points don’t transfer between emails.
6. The first shipment of any new recurring and prepaid subscription cannot be delayed or changed. Once a new recurring subscription is signed up and purchased, your first shipment is processed and shipped right away. Although the first shipment cannot be paused, all other subscription deliveries can be easily modified.

Cafe-Only Gift Card Sale

Receive one $20 gift card per $100 gift cards purchased. This offer is only available for gift cards that are purchased in cafes. Gift cards can only be redeemed in Monogram cafes.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Please note that due to the heavy volumes during Black Friday, there may be some small changes to order processing for all orders (including local) placed from November 22 - December 2:

1. Although our team is as prepared as we've ever been, there may be delays in getting your order processed, packed and shipped out the door.
2. YYC next day delivery will be temporarily paused.

Check your email for updates on your order. We will send out an email when your order has been received, processed and shipped. If you have not received an email at any of these steps, that means that we have not completed that step yet.

Shipping

Our standard shipping rates apply during Black Friday. Although we do our best to get packages out the door as quick as we can, once our shipper or carrier has the package there may be some delays that are out of our control. Due to the current Canada Post strike, we cannot ship orders to PO boxes. Note that due to extremely high shipping volumes across all carriers, expect that there may be extended shipping delays.
