This particular lot, a blend of Caturra and Catuai varieties, has been processed naturally at Café de Altura by the esteemed Esteban Villalobos. Esteban’s expertise in fermentation and drying brings out a stunning profile with notes of apple, plum, and chocolate- a taste that can’t be replicated elsewhere. Each sip celebrates the family’s heritage, Café de Altura’s mastery, and the rich terroir of Costa Rica.
