We’re excited to share this coffee from Jairo Arcila, grown at his farm Villarazo in Colombia. Known for his thoughtful approach to processing and flavour, Jairo consistently produces coffees that are both expressive and easy to enjoy.

This Castillo is processed using the honey method, where a layer of fruit is left on the coffee bean during the drying process. This results in a coffee that bridges the gap between bright and rich, with a smooth, rounded sweetness and just the right amount of fruit character.

This coffee offers a lively, approachable profile that’s just as satisfying as your daily go-to as it is when you’re slowing down to savour something new.
