Cherries are pulped with reduced water usage and dried with care on raised beds, a method that brings out incredible clarity while honouring the environment. The cup is clean, bright, and deeply expressive.

Finca Deborah sits in the cloud forests of Panama’s Volcán region, more than 1900 metres above sea level. This untouched land, rich volcanic soil, and pristine climate create conditions that few farms in the world can match. It’s here that Jamison continues his mission of crafting coffees that balance sustainability, artistry, and world-class quality.
