Quitupamba

This is our first year working with the producers behind this coffee, and we’re so excited to share it with you. Quitupamba is a regional blend from three farmers- Sandra Urresti, María Luisa Delgado, and Olivio Cantuca- who each bring their own story and experience to coffee. Their farms sit at high mountainous elevations, where they grow the caturra variety with a whole lot of care and attention.

At 2,200 metres elevation, the cooler temperatures slow down the cherry maturation, giving this washed coffee a beautifully developed sweetness and balance. Thanks to careful processing, the flavours are super clean and expressive: think pineapple, black tea, and caramel.

We love working with producers who are dedicated to their craft, and Sandra, María Luisa, and Olivio are no exception. From Sandra’s volcanic rock-covered farm to María Luisa’s stunning mountain-top views and Olivio’s deep family roots in coffee, each of them brings something special to this cup. We’re thrilled to have their coffee on our menu and can’t wait for you to try it!
