Founded in 2015, Assembly Coffee is an award winning roastery based in London, England. Composed of an experienced team, picked from independent coffee shops and restaurants in the UK, Assembly was created with a vision for a roastery that would source and champion the highest quality coffees in the world. The name itself is meant to represent a collaborative purpose that inspires innovation and ethical practice, throughout every stage of the coffee supply chain.
