In this class you will learn how to take your home brewing skills to the next level! We will discuss extraction theory in greater detail, basics of water chemistry, how to adjust and diagnose your brews, as well as introduce you to bypass brewing.
We recommend attending the Brewing Basics class as a pre-requisite to this class, otherwise, some fundamentals in brewing would be recommended. This class makes a great gift to friends or family, a great activity to do with others, or to increase your own skills and knowledge.
These hands on classes max out at 8 people a class, and there is a lot of time for questions and assistance.
