Textured milk is one of the most important parts of any cafe milk beverage. In this class, we will learn basic milk chemistry, with an emphasis on how to properly steam milk to create that perfect texture for your latte or cappuccino. You will also learn the fundamentals of pouring latte art, with some tips and tricks!
No coffee or barista experience is required for this class! It makes a great gift to friends or family, or to increase your own skills and knowledge.
To make your experience even more memorable, each participant will receive a free bag of coffee to take home. This carefully selected coffee will let you put to practice what you’ve learned in the comfort of your own home.
These hands-on classes max out at 4 people a class, and there is a lot of time for questions and assistance.
