The Ureña family has produced coffee in Costa for many years. In the last decade they switched all of their processing to only naturals. This move might seem risky to many, but their commitment to this processing style means that they have created very strict and careful systems to create the best naturals possible. Through careful picking and sorting and meticulous drying the Ureñas create naturals that are some of our favourites in all of Costa Rica.
They’ve recently started processing coffee from neighbours farms, using their expertise to add value to other producers’ coffee.
